Gingerbread Disguise

Gingerbread cookies are a popular wintertime treat, but these gingerbread people don’t want to be eaten. Visit the children’s section to decorate a gingerbread person to look like someone or something else. Creations will go on display behind the Children’s Help Desk. All Ages. Geek Out! Book Club

Monday, December 4 @ 6 PM

This is a bi-monthly book club for adults that reads fantasy, science-fiction, dystopian, and other unique titles. Books are available to borrow at the Check-Out desk about two months before each meeting. December’s book is The Forever War by Joe Haldeman. Registration required.

Let’s Play Roblox®

Monday, December 4 @ 5:30 PM

Each month, participants will play a different game with other Roblox® enthusiasts and tackle fun challenges together. Participants will interact in a variety of virtual worlds using private servers on the platform. Ages 8-14. Registration required.

Toddler Time

Mondays, December 4 & December 11, 9:30-10:30 AM

These 20-minute programs feature short stories, songs, and movement activities for children from 18-months to age 3, with a favorite adult. Adult participation is a must. Registration not required.

Baby Rhyme Time

Tuesdays, December 5 & December 12 @ 10:30 AM

Children aged 18-months+ and a favorite adult will learn rhymes, songs, and action rhymes during this interactive program. A 15-minute social time with toys and your friends will follow the sessions. Adult participation is a must. Registration not required.

Adult Ukulele Lessons

Tuesdays, December 5 & December 19 @ 6 PM

Want to learn how to play the ukulele? Join librarian Ben to work on chords, exercises, and songs all geared toward beginners. Participants are encouraged to bring their own instruments; a limited number of ukuleles will be available at each lesson. Registration required.

Preschool Storytime

Wednesdays, December 6 & December 13 @ 10:30 AM

Stories, sing-alongs, movement, activities, and lots of fun. Recommended for children ages 3-6 with a favorite adult. Adult participation is a must. Registration not required.

Beginning Chapters Book Club

C-SPL Spice Club

LEGO® Challenge
